(“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing this site, purchasing anything, submitting a prayer request, or scheduling a prayer call, you agree to every term below. 1. Satire, Humor & Product Descriptions

Shirt descriptions and other product copy may include satire, exaggeration, parody, jokes, irreverent wording, or pointed commentary. That language is expressive content. It is not a statement of fact about any person, group, event, doctrine, or product performance. It is not an endorsement, accusation, threat, or call to action. If you cannot tell the difference between a joke on a T-shirt and a legal claim, do not buy the shirt.

It is not therapy, treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for licensed professional care. If you need medical, legal, or crisis help, contact the appropriate professionals or emergency services.

3. Prayer Requests

You may submit prayer requests through the website. Submissions are voluntary. We may read them, pray over them, share them internally among people who pray with us, or decline them. We do not guarantee that any request will be received, read, remembered, answered, or produce any result. Do not send confidential, highly sensitive, or emergency information through a website form. We are not responsible for what you choose to send.

4. Prayer Calls (Including WhatsApp)

Prayer calls are informal, faith-based conversations offered as a ministry expression of this company. They are not counseling sessions, pastoral contracts, or professional services. Scheduling, availability, duration, and format may change or be canceled at any time. WhatsApp is a third-party platform. We do not control WhatsApp’s terms, privacy practices, recordings, outages, or data handling. Use of WhatsApp is at your own risk. Do not treat a prayer call as confidential legal or medical communication.

5. Faith-First Company

Love Supply Co. is a prayer-first company. We sell clothing as part of an effort to make a difference. Our religious speech, Scripture references, invitations to prayer, and statements of belief are protected expression. If our faith, satire, or messaging offends you, do not purchase from us.

6. Donations & “Helping Others”

A portion of clothing sales is used to help others. The amount, timing, recipient, location, and type of help change. We may support one cause, place, or need in a given month or quarter and a different one later. We do not promise a fixed percentage, a named charity, a specific country, or a particular program unless we separately state that in writing for a specific campaign. Past giving does not guarantee future giving. Purchases are purchases of goods, not charitable pledges you can enforce. We do not provide tax advice. Ask your own tax advisor whether any purchase is deductible. It usually is not.

7. Products Sold “As Is”

Clothing and other goods are sold as-is, with all faults, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Colors, print placement, sizing, and appearance may vary. We make no warranty that a shirt will fit a particular body, survive every wash, or match a photo exactly. Follow the size chart and care instructions. Statutory rights that cannot be waived still apply.

8. Intellectual Property & Designs

All site content, designs, marks, and copy belong to LOVESUPPLYCOMPANYBRANDS LLC or its licensors. Buying a shirt does not give you rights in our brand, artwork, or wording beyond personal use of that physical item. Do not copy our designs or treat satirical text as license to republish it as fact.

9. User Conduct

You will not use this site to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, spam, hack, scrape, or submit illegal content. We may refuse service, delete requests, block users, or cancel orders at our discretion.

10. Third-Party Links & Tools

Links, payment processors, shipping carriers, and messaging apps are not under our full control. Their terms govern their services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOVESUPPLYCOMPANYBRANDS LLC, Love Supply Co., its owners, workers, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, lost profits, emotional distress, unanswered prayer, changed donation recipients, offended feelings, or reliance on satirical product copy. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product at issue, if any.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your prayer submissions, your conduct on calls, or your republication of our satirical content as if it were a factual statement.

13. No Waiver / Severability

If one part of this disclaimer is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection statutes of your residence cannot be waived.
