Shipping Policy

Love Supply Co. ships physical apparel orders via standard delivery. This policy explains our delivery timeframes, shipping costs, and the destinations we currently support.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping typically arrives within 9–15 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation once payment is complete.

Shipping Costs

• A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders with a subtotal of $99.00 or less.
• Orders over $99.00 ship for free.

Sales tax (if applicable) is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

Supported Destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations: United States. As our fulfillment partner's coverage changes, we may add or remove supported countries; this page reflects the destinations active at the time of your order. If your location isn't listed, we're unfortunately unable to ship to you at this time — we appreciate your patience as we grow.

Order Tracking & Issues

All sales are final. If you have any issue with a delivered order, please reach out to our support team and we'll review your case individually (see our Return & Refund Policy). Reaching out does not guarantee a resolution, but every concern is reviewed.
